Redpath's proven greenhouse film holding system.
The three piece self-locking clipping system will securely retain covers
even in the windiest conditions. Cost effective & speedy to install,
Lockstrip will suit almost all styles and types of film & fabrics.
Lockstrip was first trialled in the field
in 1979. It was developed as a cost effective solution for retaining
horticultural and agricultural films and fabrics onto structures fo varied
design.
Lockstrip can be used with a wide variety
of films & fabrics and is offered with two insert options "long leg"
and "short leg" to allow for the variable thickness of the cladding being
held.
Lockstrip is lightweight and can be easily shipped
throughout the Pacific Rim to greenhouse construction sites.
Lockstrip will extend the life of greenhouse films
up to double their usual life when compared to traditional nail & batten
retention methods.
A "one piece" insert is also available
for narrow cover applications, which eliminates the need for the locating
clip.

The Redpath alloy
rail is a self supporting rail with the lockstrip clipping system extruded
into it as an integral part. This rail is convenient for use in construction
of greenhouse & other shelter systems.

Redpath's continuous bead
film & fabric clipping system. A very positive non-slip system
that can retain very large covers under high wind load conditions without
problem. Duralock 2 is very user & film friendly and will extend
poly life considerably.
Duralock 2 greenhouse
film fastening system is a long life film & fabric holding tool.
The unique design will not allow slippage of materials. Duralock's
three piece system provides simple assembly and is easy on the fabric being
held.
A shade cap is incorporated
in the design to assist in protecting the leading edge of the clipping
system from excessive heat build-up.
Duralock 2 is supplied in
4 metre (13'3") lengths.

Omega Clip (Reference

Omega Clip is utilised for the semi-permanent retaining of films and fabrics
onto wires or cables. This system is designed for moderate cladding
widths only, in sheltered locations. Omega clip is often used as
a temporary retainer of cloche films or for side wall nettings and films
at greenhouse ground level.

The use of screws to fasten the Redpath clipping
system in place is recommended. Screws are typically spaced 150mm
(6") apart. Screws for attachment to steel and timber are class 3
rated, galvanised coated and include a neoprene washer. They are
of a hex head type. Redpath offer a drive bit that will fit most
common drills for a speedy installation. The self drilling screw
eliminates the need to pre-drill the aluminium base of the clipping system
or the framework underneath.
