Redpath Propanda light reflective greenhouse
flooring is a co-extruded, abrasion resistant plastic film that has a white
top surface and black underside ensuring as much light as possible is available
to the crop (especially popular with high foliage crops).
When laid black side down, the white upper layer
will reflect much of the available light entering the greenhouse and can
improve the light conditions within the crop region. This is especially
valuable during low light winter months, whilst the black layer inhibits
weed growth.
Propanda film is also beneficial as a non-permeable
flooring barrier that effectively seals out soil borne disease and humidity-causing
ground moisture from the greenhouse environment.
A choice of widths are available to suit most greenhouse
spans and to minimise joins. They include 10m (32'8"), 8m (26'2"),
4m (13'1") and 3m (9'8") wide rolls. All rolls are 50 metres (164')
in length.
Propanda flooring is offered with a one year U.V.
warranty & typically lasts 2 seasons or more.
