Patented "Lockstrip" greenhouse film holding system
is used throughout.
All Redpath greenhouse designs use our patented
Lockstrip or Duralock 2 greenhouse film fastening system. These clipping
systems securely fasten the Duratough greenhouse film to the steel framework
& work reliably even in the most severe wind conditions. Lockstrip
was first developed over 28 years ago as a way of holding films & fabrics
without puncturing the material & to extend the service life of the
cladding materials. Both of these clipping systems have proven themselves
to be user friendly to install & reliable in operation.
Their base profile is manufactured from aluminium
& each have UPVC inserts to securely lock the film in place.
The Lockstrip design features a self locking action that actually tightens
on the material being held. “The harder the wind blows the tighter it holds!”
Redpath clipping systems are adaptable to many
grades & thicknesses of claddings & will hold either single layer
or twin layer claddings, plus shadecloths, windbreaks, & insect meshes.
