QUARANTINE FACILITY STRUCTURE

Quarantine greenhouse facility for insect and pest control

Redpath's quarantine structures are specifically designed to meet the needs of most restricted pest control conditions.  These structures are typically forced air ventilated with automatic air inlet louvres control.  All openings are covered with Redpath Biomesh anti-aphid screening which restricts pests down to a size of .50mm (500 microns).  The structure includes a walk in annex room featuring aluminium joinery hinged doors for improved seal and creating an effective restriction zone to the outside environment.

The flooring of the structure is concrete and all steel base rails are secured and sealed to the floor.  Exterior cladding is usually double poly for extra security.

Forced air ventilation is supplied by Munters / Euroremme extraction fans.  These are controlled by Redpath's Environmental Control Unit and may be activated in stages to suit the desired environmental needs.
