The Redpath Super Light design has an extra heavy
duty crop support rating. The cosecant rafter design with its convex
shape better resists downward crop load placed onto it & improving
crop load capacity by as much as 10% over traditional straight rafter designs.
The Super Light is usually supplied as standard with all the required support
cables & chains ready for the grower to run out their lengthways overhead
wires to attach their plant hooks to.
In environments where snow load is an issue the
Super Light design with its heavy duty Vee gutter sections & steep
pitch of rafter again offers superior performance to traditional designs.
The crop support system has been designed to provide
minimal intrusion of crop shading overhead structure.
