plays a large part in both the temperature levels & humidity saturation
points of the growing environment & well being of the crop. An
increased air volume allows the ventilation system to maintain a more temperament
climate with reduced fluctuation of conditions in the cropping sector of
the greenhouse.
As in nature plants will perform best with a steady
natural ramping of air & soil temperatures rather than sudden fluctuation.
Redpath's Ultraspan may be constructed with aside-wall
height of up to 4.5 meters & thus allows for a very large buffer zone
between the all important head of the crop & the roof surface area
of the greenhouse gutters & cladding.
High stud structures can also offer increased crop
wire heights for very tall crops, whilst also providing improved
of overhead space for the installation of above crop greenhouse thermal
